Founded in 2015, Henan Yongfeng Mould Co., Ltd. integrates product ideation through to product realisation, providing one-stop plastic-mould and injection-OEM services to clients across the Central Plains region.
The company mainly undertakes plastic-mould product development & design, 3D rapid prototyping, mould design & manufacturing, product injection moulding and surface finishing. Adopting Japanese corporate management philosophy, we retain a team of technical core members with over 8 years of mould-industry experience in Japan.

Systematic study of mechanical engineering, laying a solid foundation for future mould technology.
1.5 years in the assembly section learning mould machining and fitting; over 3 years in the design section, gaining full command of the design standards of Toyota, Nissan, Honda and other Japanese automakers; independently designing 3–5 sets of grilles, front/rear panels, door panels, interior & exterior trim and seat moulds each month, and communicating design issues directly with clients.
Seeing the gap in the Central Plains mould market — 70% of moulds outsourced to the south, causing communication difficulties, no production supervision and unverifiable material authenticity — we resolutely founded Yongfeng. In the eight years since, our quality has led the local market, benchmarked against moulds exported to Shenzhen: Japanese management, honest cooperation, craftsmanship manufacturing and complete after-sales service have established us firmly in the Central Plains.
The quality of a mold is ultimately verified by good machines and professional tryout techniques. We have introduced professional tryout equipment (chiller units, dehumidifying dryers and other auxiliary machinery) and set up a dedicated injection department, making it easy for customers to trial-produce parts directly. We now serve over 40 excellent customers, growing year by year.

Supplying a locally listed enterprise; complex irregular parts with a controllable 25-day lead time. Front cavity NAK80 and rear cavity 718HH are the first-choice steels for quick parts; SKD61 HRC52 is recommended for long-term stable production. Specialising in custom injection moulds for filter mesh. Precision machining with regular, burr-free mesh holes and smooth demoulding without sticking. Compatible with PA, ABS and other materials; dimensions stay stable through long mass runs with a high yield rate.

Our professional team has full command of surface-finish and weld-line challenges, averaging 3 moulds per month with injection output exceeding 20,000 sets per month.
Drone battery housings use imported PA66GF30+ (the best thermally conductive plastic compound on the market); lithium battery packs use ABS + PC alloy with a fine matte surface, dust-proof and waterproof, supporting IP68 waterproofing and efficient fast charging — supplying multiple new-energy companies and now in mass production.
